It really couldn't have been a smoother process, booking with Jack through Balkan Escape. Everything we wanted in a holiday was catered for. The accommodation and the transfers were on point, with every step of the journey arranged for us and ran as planned. Jack couldn't have been more helpful. We had to rearrange because of covid and Balkan Escape took care of that. They even helped us with arranging special touches for the holiday which I had requested.
