Balkan Escape lived up to all of the expectations hotel and destination wise.
Car hire was a problem otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Car staff at the airport were very rude and abrupt. The car allocated to me was covered in scratches and dents. As such this took well over an hour at each end of the hire to address.
