Balkan Escapes and Jack in particular helped us have a most excellent holiday. Jack put together an initial itinerary and then refined it several times to fit our requirements. We originally planned to visit in May 2020 and eventually visited in September 2022 after several postponements and rearrangements, which Jack organised for us with a minimum of fuss and an ever friendly, efficient approach. We stayed in 3 locations in Croatia and each of the hotels Jack had recommended for us were excellent. There was a bit of a mix up with the transfer from Dubrovnik airport but a quick phone call to Jack and we jumped into a cab, the fare being reimbursed by Balkan Escapes. The ferry transfers were perfect. We will definitely revisit Croatia, probably the North of the country and combine it with a visit to Slovenia and Balkan Escapes will be our go to company because we are confident they will provide us with great value and quality.
