Booked our holiday to Dubrovnik and Montenegro through Jack at Balkan Escapes after reading the excellent reviews online and wasn't disappointed. Jack was engaging from the off and provided advice on resorts as we hadn't visited the region before. Service was excellent from start to finish and Jack answered any questions we had, often answering emails out of working hours. The holiday itinerary went to plan without any issues whatsoever. Flights, hotels and transfers all included at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in using Balkan Escapes again or recommending to friends or family.
