The service from Balkan Escape and in particular Jack is nothing short of excellent. Jack must have composed about 7 different packages and cost estimates for us and never ran out of patience and enthusiasm. He was determined to create the perfect experience for us as a family of 5 and one which suited our purse too. Added to that, all the extra information regarding transfers and possible ferries which we might want to book ourselves etc, we were left wanting for absolutely nothing and felt supported throughout the entire led up to the holiday and beyond. Indeed upon our return and highlighting a slight error, the acknowledgment and compensation was immediate. Very refreshing in this day and age and a company with whom you can comfortably trust to be on your side and do the right thing.
