The holiday was well organised from start to finish. We were given a suggested itinerary, and suggested hotels, which made planning the holiday very easy. It was great to have their advice of the area.
Any changes to transfers or flight times were communicated immediately before and during our stay by text and on one occasion, also by phone call!
We had an amazing holiday. We'd definitely recommend Balkan Escape.
