the order confirmation is sent out automatically by the system, so it may have ended up in your spam folder? If your order was sent by a delivery method other than courier, ti may not have any tracking anyway. We pride ourselves on our customer service and speedy despatch, so most customers find their order with them before they have a need for one. If you did need the tracking number, you could have called and we would have told you it over the phone. Your order arrived within 2 days. We have no record of an email requesting an order update, but apologise if this was missed.
