The order was processed very quickly and on delivery my wife was tricked with the comfort and quality of her garden shoes. Sadly my father who we had purchased a second pair for was less than thrilled. He couldn't walk with them on as they kept coming off so we returned them for a smaller size and Backdoor Shoes were really quick to send a smaller size. My Father was still unable to keep these shoes on and we had to admit defeat and return them for a refund. The refund was dealt with very quickly and will no fuss. Overall I'd recommend these shoes but they don't suit everyone but worth trying for the quality.
