I ordered a pair of men’s shoes for Christmas at what I thought was the correct size, adding a size and the same as the previous pair I had bought a couple of years ago. Unfortunately they were too small and I paid over £6.00 to return them and requesting a size 11. The request was dealt with promptly however and shoes are now suitable
