No probs really. But was disappointed as ordered some innersoles for clogs and was expecting some nice memory foam ones which I have with some Backdoor shoes I bought one and half years ago at RHS Hampton Court show which I love but got some hard ones which are also too big for my 36 pink clogs. Shame as I love Backdoor clogs
