Second time I've bought this convertible high chair, as my eldest used his for years. Easy to assemble. The tray is slightly stiff to remove at first but I think it'll loosen (slight change in design from purchase 10 years ago).
Definitely get an insert for younger babies. We're using a cushion at the moment!
