I am a foster carer and was super anxious about something happening to the baby and I wouldn't know. It was therefore brilliant for that. I used to nurse and the apnoea mattresses we had in hospital worked like this one fitting under the sheet and working on contact. I liked it alot. Suited it's purpose. Only downside...........ran out of battery quickly
