I ordered a cot off this website but I wanted to delay the delivery by a week. I phoned up their customer services and spoke to a lovely lady. I have her the day that I wanted it and She said that was not a problem, they will arrange it to be delivered on that day. It came on exactly the day that I wanted it to and I even got a one hour timed delivery slot on the morning of delivery. Thank you baby and child store I will definitely be buying all of my baby goods from you now and recommend you to all my friends!!!
