Generally positive sales experience - a good price of what I was looking for, and good communications throughout the sales process. The main problem was that whilst they sent me a mail the day of my order to say my package had been dispatched and would be with me the next day, it was actually delivered three days later. Contacting Baby and Child by email to check on the status of the order, they did get back to me within ten minutes with the tracking information on the delivery, so I give them the benefit of the doubt that this wasn't their fault. They seem to genuinely care about customer service even if the postal service lets them down, and I would buy from them again.
