Recently purchased a hands free kit and phone holder for my vehicle, I messed up on the phone holder (forgot to allow for the protective case), contacted Babol and they couldn't have been more helpful in recommending the correct holder and assisting in resolving the issue which was caused by me. First class service which was really appreciated.
