My mount arrived only a few days ago, so I can't attest to the longevity of the product. However, I can say that it works perfectly well, is easy to mount and adjust, mounts very securely, and feels solidly built and durable. The product is quite expensive compared to its competition, but in my opinion is worth the price for the noticeable increase in build quality over its cheaper competitors. I also have to say my experience with the company's customer service was very positive, being helpful and fast to respond, and upgrading my shipping for free as there were supply issues and I was going to be out of town when the product was due to arrive.
