The product and customer service are great, but hopelessly let down by their carrier, Evri.
An order placed on 10th December was with Evri from then until they confessed on 28th December that they'd lost the parcel.
Babol immediately offered to send a replacement by a different carrier and it arrived the next day.
I hope that Babol will change the carrier they use...
