I bought what I thought for over £20 was a complete phone holder for my car. I then had to add shipping costs at check out. I waited several days for delivery and eagerly installed the bracket only to discover that it was incomplete ie no holding system. I contacted Brodit and explained the problem only to be told I needed to purchase ‘part two’ , again well over £20. + shipping.
