My old velux was letting rain in and it was causing a lot of water to come in and damaging the inside wall, dripping water through the next floor to my office... Steve was able to come and take a look within the week and showed up when he said he would, explained the process, quoted me for it within the hour and we organised for it to be completed soon after, once the new window arrived.
