B&S sent Email quote, based on photographs of site requiring work, quickly. Made contact to fix date shortly afterwards. Turned up on-time, did the work and took images of before and after work, which is always reassuring. Cleaned up and removed all debris from site. Professional and very competent. Will use again for certain.
