I've placed an order 12 days ago (UK-NL), and it has been in Customs since 8 days ago with no further information. The local postal service does not recognize the parcel details which is a little worrying to me. The customer service is great, and I assume their products to be so as well but it's quite sad that even though there is a delay (which is perfectly fine, things happen), it is costing so much effort to receive my order in time, and there is still no improvement to be seen. The good news, the package has arrived in NL and will be brought to UG shortly, but I have very high hopes for the quality of the products! The customer service was of amazing help and I'm glad we could resolve everything. Thank you very much!
