Online ordering was easy and efficiently acknowledged. Notified of delivery day and by 1700. By 1600 no delivery so contacted local depot to confirm and was reassured consignment was on the van to be delivered as scheduled. How ever delivery was not made and I received no communication to explain why or when delivery would take place. I emailed head office and received a phone call from local depot first thing the following morning. Staff and delivery man were polite and friendly but overall service was disappointing.
