Iv owned the Avaris well over 12 months now great bike, battery is really good, added a few mods tyres etc, would highly recommend this bike, really helps you get out there with the hybrid system, my only bad feedback was that when I received bike handlebar tape was all damaged, so I contacted and negotiated a £50 refund which was paid promptly, great bike and great customer service, highly recommended
