11FG limited is an awful car sales place. I bought a car in January and paid to have an extra key for £200 and the key broke after a few months. It doesn’t work.
They also refuse to fix it or acknowledge and put phone down.
The car I bought for £6000 was also faulty and is now costing lots to fix it. Do not trust 11FG Limited. Disgusting people and they will go bankrupt soon anyway.
