I ordered 6 items from Brake Pads to a doorhandel cable, some used and some new. All items were clean and undamaged. The items were in New Zealand (11,500+ Mile journey) 3 days after leaving the UK. NZ customs did their ususal trick of sitting on it for over 6 days before releasing it for delivery... there was nothing wrong and no cost involved, it's just the way they justify their existance. Auto Reserve Ltd. were quick and professional in every way and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recomend them to all other buyers in need of spares who don't want to pay dealer prices.
