I ordered at Xmas time which is a busy period for a big company.The dispatch time was slow.Of my 5 orders 2 arrived with missing items or wrong items sent. Customer service doesn't get back very quickly.I've always used Auto Finesse but this experience has changed my mind and I will be going to a different supplier from now on.
Shame as their products are good but the delivery time and customer service is brilliant.
