I ordered just over £100 of products to take advantage of the free ‘crew bag’. Slight issue in applying the promo code, but customer services sorted it - thank you! My only gripe, I ordered the Foam Lance v2 and requested the Nilfisk fitting - that’s the pressure washer I have and that’s what the option was on the website. Turned out to be the wrong fitting - apparently it should be the Gerni fitting. customer services advised I had to return the Nilfisk fitting (at my own cost) and they would send out the Gerni fitting. I think there should be more notes on the options to prevent this in future, asking questions about the fitment type required. Disappointed I ended up having to pay the return postage for ordering what the website suggested, but overall satisfied with the experience.
