My latestest order was the 2nd time I've used gift cards and it's also the 2nd time I've had issues using them. On both occasions both new codes have had to be provided. My latest order also arrived wet due to a lid coming off of a bottle. That being said, the Customer Service is always phenomenal. Yes I've had issues but those issues are quickly rectified and even a replacement bottle was sent out that day and received the next day following the leak. As said, the Customer Service is fantastic and the products are just as good. Its because of this, despite hiccups, I'll keep coming back.
