Team organization, attention to detail, punctuality, provision of documentation, reservations, crew friendliness. What made me unhappy: train ride to Norway was a waste of time--too long of a ride fr such a short stay--less than 2.5 hrs in town didn't provide much time to do anything, not even a decent meal. The lift chair tour was a rip off. After canceling the lift because of winds, the guide took us for a long walk to the lake (which I could have done by myself without paying all that money), and after 5 min of waiting for auroras, he declared it was time to walk back to drink coco (very expensive coco). Five min aurora waiting time was outrageous. Instead of setting a camp at the lake where we could wait for the auroras for at least a coupe of hours. Outrageous and the worse/worthless part of such a great trip.
