Everything was exactly as described from the accommodation to all the activities and all were wonderful. The lodge was so friendly and cosy and everyone from the drivers, the hotel staff, without exception, and the excursion guides were always so happy and helpful. The fact that the pre-ordered arctic clothing did not fit was absolutely no problem and was soon sorted. The food at the lodge was top-class and really delicious. A very well-thought-out trip which totally delivered in every aspect. Highly recommended.
