'I found it really easy to book the tickets but my partner got called in to work on the Wednesday and when I called on the Monday as soon as he found out I was told that I couldn''t cancel my other ticket so I have lost out on money. if I had know earlier then Monday it would have been Sunday but then your offices wouldn''t have been open. '
