'I put it my email address that I needed the tickets to be sent to however used a PayPal account and the tickets were then sent to that email address instead. This made us very stressed and extremely late to arrive at the park because I could not contact the support team until 10am Paris time (due to time difference) thankfully I had amazing customer service from one of your team members (sorry I don''t remember her name) and the tickets were then sent to the correct email address. '
