It was a hassle free sight seeing in Paris, we had no problems . Only challenge was to carry printed tickets and no option to have phone app. Also when I booked online in UK,' I never received any tickets and payment was gone. I had to call and explain that I haven''t received the tickets yet. they have a crude process of sending email attachments in this day and age. Please modernize your booking experience', learn from Airbnb.
