Easy booking process, and the etix arrived promptly. Overall quite pleased. The only issue I had, I booked transfer coach for the Pirate Show, but because the hotel was only a kilometre away, they don't do it, and so I had to get a refund. Which was done promptly, but hassle I could have done without. Will still recommend tho
