We ordered our Universal Orlando tickets and the file for the tickets was emailed over promptly. Unfortunately the names on our paper tickets didn’t match the actual barcode, when I added my ticket to the Universal App it gave me the ticket for another member of our party. I had to load all the tickets onto my app to see which paper ticket belonged to who, unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to remove the other tickets from the app so I had to contact Universal who sorted it out. Once we all had the app we could scan our tickets and at the park entrance, no problem!
