I received a wrong item (their mistake, got size XS/S instead of M/L) and they don't have the right size in stock anymore. Now I have to pay the return postage to get money back for the wrong item. So I won't get my whole order... but I get to pay postage for nothing. :(
Another little detail: an item described as "army wool coat" contained 0% wool. My advice: read the small print in the item descriptions and simply don't order from outside UK! (Only UK returns are free.)
