Needed to return the 2 items of clothing as they didn’t fit. I posted my parcel on the 15th of July with the prepaid label 2nd class. I have only just (7th September) been given a refund. This was only because I sent an email asking when I would roughly get it. I was issued a refund only a couple hours after I sent it so why had it taken so long to begin with? I understand with all that’s going on things will take longer but 2 months is a little bit ridiculous.
