First of all the article was absolutely not true to size so I had to send it back.
This was 3 weeks ago, still no money in sight and on their website it says it will be credited to your attitude account within 2 days after the returned goods were processed. In the mail I received saying that my return was processed (which also came super late) it all of a sudden said it will take another 10 days (!) for me to get the amount refunded!
Sorry, but I can't call this a good service. I also paid right away and not after 3 or 4 weeks!!!
