I baught some sandles and paid express delivery on the item worth £103
Delivery was £4 or more.
Unfortunately my address hadn't changed when I had changed it and didn't notice until the invoice was sent via email that my old address was on the parcel
Your company refused to help and didn't respond to my worried email for over a week. So couldn't help
I still have not got my sandles and am £107 out of pocket... inquire as well put the cash in the bin
I saved up for these and am gutted
