Even understanding that covid has been affecting delivery times etc, my order arrived significantly later than the projected dates (which were already extended from usual) and I sent 3 emails to customer service requesting an update or some idea as to how long my order might take. Eventually arrived, but I would have rather paid the extra £2 per item to order via Amazon where the tracking is easy to understand and I can contact someone about issues.
