Only needed one floor tile. Virtually only place that stocked terracotta in the large size. Customer service excellent. Was sent a sample to check and then ordered the tile which arrived quickly. Only amusing part was the packaging which was huge amounts of bubble wrap to stop it from breaking and the delivery cost which was three times the cost of the tile! But my problem not theirs. All in all excellent.
