I ordered 2 different light fittings at the same time. The first was delivered very quickly, but when I had not received the second one after some time, I contacted yourselves to enquire about the delay. Your reply was prompt, but said that the delivery company had tried to deliver the fitting but no one had been in to take delivery. As we are an inn with rooms, and there is someone on the premises 24 hours a day, the delivery company had obviously not tried to make the delivery. However, you quickly arranged for another delivery.
