I have now had three meetings with Paula, at the first of which we discussed needs, and then at the second she provided aids to try. I have now seen her for the third time, and once again, the meeting was again extremely pleasantly conducted; all questions asked or clarifications requested were freely supplied, and the whole ambience was one of friendly discussion rather than one of instruction.
I would not hesitate to recommend someone in need to request her services.
