I had been having problems with my hearing aids where speech was distorted. Jenny was brilliant taking time over several sessions to firstly ensure that we selected the correct domes to suit my hearing loss and the shape of my ear canal. She then modified the amplification provided across frequency and loudness to maximise the assistance provided. Showed great persistence and professionalism ensuring I gained the maximum benefit possible from my hearing aids. I can't praise her enough.
