Sorry about the delay in responding to your request. Aston was my first choice Hearing Provider having referred impaired sighted members to them and had them recommended by a friend. My appointment with Karen on 3Nov15 was satisfactory but was curtailed when another client was waiting. I left with questions unanswered. I expected a follow up contact from Aston but there has been none. I have sought help elsewhere.
