I belive they are con men
At best they are totaly incompetent.
do not go near them.
I had some plumbing fixed a day job £800 plus done without the aid of proper joints. (just large amounts of selicon ) it failed so they came back. this time they fixed the joint but took structural wood away from under the shower. the shower tray then gave way causeing more water damage. there responce was to charge an £92 call at fee and and an over £2000 fee to fix a problem they created. con men
