I placed an order on September the 9th - nine days later and I still have not received one of the products. Very, poor service. You should make it clear on your website that it could take over a week to process and deliver an order. This was for a birthday gift and I have now had to go and buy a second gift - from another website I might add - to give to my friend.
Please address this issue.
