I have bought many things from Ashwood Nurseries and they usually arrive looking healthy and strong, and thrive in the garden.
My patest purchase is a present for a friend, a small magnolia, that will have to live in the pot for a month or so before I can give it away. The plant was smaller than what you usually receive, hence a 4 rating, simply because I don't yet know how it will do.
