Ordered 2 ‘tea for 2 and cakes’ vouchers online. Fast service, came by post 3 days later complete with a little card for each which was lovely.
However, I telephoned first to order via the phone but the person I spoke to wasn’t very helpful and just said I’d got to do it on line. Not everyone can do this which is a shame for those that can’t.
