I have bought a number of plants from Ashwood over the last year, including some absolutely gorgeous hellebores. I am very happy with the quality of the plants but have been a bit disappointed with the arrangements for delivery. The nursery uses APC for delivery and that company will not deliver to our address. Last year Ashwood agreed to send the plants by another courier, but this year refused to do so and I had to cancel my order for £100+ worth of hellebores. A few days later I had a solution to suggest and I emailed them, but they didn't get back to me, which was disappointing. I reordered via a friend's address but most of what I wanted was out of stock.
